Important Before Booking
When I am not helping a family, I am spending time with my family. I value the time spent with my family as they value the time spent with me. In honor of that time, I charge a refundable deposit for our very first scheduled consultation and by the hour after that unless you utilize our program.
I ask anyone booking with us to take serious consideration of your schedule. It is best for all decision-makers to be present for our first evaluation meeting. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, a 24-hour notice is required to obtain a refund. Bookings made within 24 hours will be ineligible for a refund. Please plan in advance in honor of all of our time. Our calls must meet a minimum of 30 minutes for a refund of your deposit to be issued.
